CeLeen, an operating group of Command Holdings, is seeking a Document Management Specialist to support a contract within the Department of Energy. The position would support the Product Realization Technology department. The document management specialist will assist with the management of the departments documents, make recommendations for process improvement in support of corporate policy, and assist the different teams in support of department deliverables.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Implement and administer enterprise wide document management systems and related procedures that allow the organizations to capture, store, retrieve, share and destroy electronic records and documents.

This position is contingent on vacancy.

Work Environment :

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and / or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
  • Physical Demands :

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
  • Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

  • Travel :

  • 0-10% / Minimal travel.

    Basic Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree
  • Must have minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Current, active DOE-Q or Top Secret Clearance.
  • Experience supporting Sandia National Laboratories.
  • Ability to pass a federal background investigation including fingerprinting.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Work is performed onsite and therefore candidate must reside in the Albuquerque area
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Celeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
