We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to assist our project team in the integration and implementation of the Next View Labor Management System (LMS). This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical skills who enjoy working directly with both internal teams and customers to ensure successful deployments

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the integration of Next View LMS to external systems
  • Configure LMS features and perform data validation
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to support integration and reporting needs
  • Work closely with project managers and developers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to project team during and after implementation
  • Collaborate with developers on product enhancement list

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; or equivalent industry experience
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language such as C++, C#, or Java
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task while balancing short-term and long-term tasks is essential

    • Preferred

  • Experience in customer success, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
  • Exposure to Agile project methodologies

    • Note

    Ability to meet Next View Software and customer security screening requirements may be required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings : Next View Cloud Background Check, which candidate must pass upon hire and every two years thereafter.
