Senior Application Developer – Enterprise Licensing & Case Management Systems

We are seeking a Senior Application Developer to support and enhance a suite of enterprise licensing and regulatory applications used across multiple business units. This role involves full-stack development, system integration, and ongoing support of several instances of a large-scale permitting, licensing, and case management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications across multiple environments
• Configure, script, and support components within a large-scale licensing and case management platform
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Provide guidance to team members on best practices and platform capabilities
• Support reporting needs through development of SSRS, Crystal Reports, and ad-hoc reporting
• Maintain and update existing web services and integration points
• Administer application roles, permissions, and security structures
• Promote configuration and code changes across environments using established processes
• Work with SQL Server databases to design queries, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
• Assist with application upgrades, data migrations, and mobile solution support
