Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Mystic Healthcare is a family-owned, 100-bed skilled nursing facility specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are excited to welcome a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to our team. Join us in making a difference in the lives of our residents!

Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate and detailed nurse's notes that accurately reflect the care provided and the resident's response.
• Complete and properly file necessary recordkeeping forms and charts during resident admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Administer medications per physician orders with attention to detail and care.
• Collaborate with certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to ensure they are informed of resident care plans, ensuring quality daily care based on these plans.
