Required Qualifications :
M.D. or D.O.Board certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment.Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment.Compensation ranges from $226,000 to $366,000, including base pay and bonuses, depending on factors like local labor markets, experience, and productivity.
