Compensation & Benefits :

Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and mentor a team of attorneys and staff handling employment law mattersOversee litigation across all phases, including discovery, depositions, motions, mediation, and trial preparationReview and approve pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements for quality controlDevelop and refine case management systems, workflows, and best practices to increase efficiencyCollaborate with partners on strategy for high-value or complex casesEngage with clients to ensure responsiveness, clarity, and alignment with firm valuesRequirements :
7+ years of experience in employment litigation (class actions, PAGA, FEHA, wage / hour)Proven ability to supervise, train, and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, or staffStrong case management and organizational skills in high-volume litigationExcellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsFamiliarity with employment law statutes such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and California Labor CodeLicensed to practice law in the State of California
