A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Member Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims on the first contact
Educate customers on consumer-driven health care and assist them in selecting the best benefit plans
Facilitate appointment scheduling and connections with care providers on behalf of customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
6+ months of customer service experience in a call center or fast-paced environment
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Experience with Windows PCs and ability to learn new computer systems
