Are you an experienced construction estimator with exceptional communication, math, and critical thinking skills? If so, we’d like to talk. We’re looking to hire a skilled estimation professional to assist our busy team by producing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs. If you have 3 years of experience in construction estimation and excellent project and time management skills, please apply today.

Compensation : $60,000 - $95,000+ with experience and bonus structure

Responsibilities :

• Revisit previously submitted proposal and budgets with clients
• Supply accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs
• Work closely with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors
• Calculate construction materials, product costs, labor, and time to estimate overall cost for construction projects
• Frequent construction sites to gather necessary client requirement information
• Must be willing to follow our Mission Statement and Core Values
