Manufacturing Technician

? Location : Lansdale, PA
? Pay : $25 / hour and up (based on experience)
? Schedule : Full-Time | Onsite

About the Role :

We're seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Diagnostics & Manufacturing Technician to join our production team in Lansdale, PA. In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing system error codes, troubleshooting issues, and making small mechanical or electronic adjustments to ensure equipment runs efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities :

Review and interpret diagnostic and error codes from manufacturing equipment

Perform basic mechanical and electrical adjustments to machinery

Monitor production processes and report recurring issues to maintenance or engineering teams

Assist in preventative maintenance and machine calibration

Document findings and repairs accurately in maintenance logs

Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

Qualifications :

1+ year of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or equipment diagnostics preferred

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret basic technical documentation or schematics

Comfortable using diagnostic tools and software

Mechanically inclined and eager to learn new systems
