POSITION

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our instructional team as a Teacher. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality education to our students, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve our school's goals. Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Classroom Management

• Effectively manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment in accordance with school policies and procedures.
• Implement behavior management strategies and de-escalation techniques as needed.
• Establish clear and consistent classroom procedures and routines to promote positive student behaviors.
• Resolve student conflicts effectively and promote positive resolution of disagreements.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $94,500. Salary is commensurate with experience, education, and expertise. A competitive benefits package is also offered.

This is a full-time, exempt, 100% in-person position.
