Position Summary : The Instructional Designer is responsible for working independently, with limited supervision, to design, develop, and deliver high-quality instructional materials and training programs that align with our company objectives. Requires a higher level of creativity, problem-solving skills, and expertise in instructional design principles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Create and design engaging, effective, and interactive learning materials, including eLearning courses or instructor-led training, job aids, and other resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize content, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the target audience.
• Manage and execute the instructional design process for assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Review and edit training materials for clarity, consistency, and instructional effectiveness.
• Propose and develop creative solutions to enhance the learning experience and improve existing training programs.
• Coach and provide guidance to lower-level professionals within the team, aiding in their professional development.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to address complex instructional design challenges and contribute to the improvement of learning processes.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Experience : Minimum 2 years related experience.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
