Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Pharmacy Case Management.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the clinical and quality goals of the Medicare Part D member outreach program

Conduct telephonic outreach to members regarding medication regimens and coordinate with providers

Oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluation of the pharmacy team and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications :

Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy plus 8+ years of relevant experience

Active State Pharmacy License

1+ years of pharmacy experience in Managed Care preferred

1 year of Medicare Part D experience preferred

Self-motivated and organized, with effective time management skills
