We are seeking a skilled Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our Roseland, NJ office. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with substantial experience in personal injury litigation, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping clients through complex legal matters.

What You'll Do :

• Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, from case intake through trial.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records and other case-related documentation.
• Prepare materials for mediations, depositions, and court appearances.
• Manage case calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met and filings are timely.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining client files and tracking case progress.
