The Company is looking for a dynamic Director of Private Wealth Platforms and Client Experience to spearhead a transformative digital strategy within our private wealth organization. This key role will enhance the end-to-end journey for both clients and advisors by focusing on digital enablement and operational effectiveness. In this influential position, you will :

• Oversee the design and execution of our digital transformation roadmap.
• Optimize workflows for clients and advisors to enhance user experience.
• Lead the business ownership of all client-facing digital platforms and internal wealth management tools.
• Redesign client account opening and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.
• Evaluate current operating practices and implement industry-leading processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
