What You'll Do

Hopscotch Primary Care is looking for a talented and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work with our teams in beautiful Western North Carolina. This role would provide float coverage at our clinic locations for a variety of needs. If you enjoy travel, variety of work and team members, and flexibility to work across multidisciplinary teams, this could be a great opportunity for you.

This position is full-time based in Western North Carolina and mileage reimbursement as well as travel expenses would be provided if assignments exceed more than one hour of travel time from your home. This role offers a base salary with additional guaranteed bonus opportunities.

As a Float Advanced Practice Provider, you will provide comprehensive and interdisciplinary primary care with a focus on patient outcomes, quality metrics, and patient experience. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
