Hey there! Are you a proactive and positive go-getter with a knack for construction? Piedmont Concrete Contractors (PCC) in Charlottesville, VA, is on the lookout for a Project Engineer to join our awesome team!

What You'll Do :

  • Help manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Read and apply construction plans and specs.
  • Keep everything safe and compliant.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Report progress to the project leader.

What You Need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering
  • 5 years of commercial construction experience (concrete and rebar experience is a plus)
  • Valid Virginia Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check

    • Skills We Love :

  • Knowledge of building materials, methods, and tools
  • Math whiz (arithmetic, algebra, geometry)
  • Blueprint reading skills
  • Top-notch communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Tech-savvy (Procore knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong safety focus (CPR / First Aid, OSHA 30 certifications)
