Job descriptionCollect, process, and analyze biological specimens including blood, urine, and tissue samples Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as microscopes, analyzers, and centrifuges Perform quality control procedures and ensure accurate test results Document and report laboratory findings in a timely manner Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of reagents and supplies Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field Current MLT certification (ASCP or equivalent) Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a clinical laboratory setting Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
