Director of Product Development

A company is looking for a Director, Product Development (EMEA).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary subject matter expert for regulatory intelligence and change management for designated product lines

Lead strategic monitoring and interpretation of the global derivatives regulatory landscape

Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including impact assessments and proposing new regulatory features

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly at a large sell-side investment bank

Deep expertise in major global derivatives regulations

Proven track record in leading large-scale regulatory change or compliance programs

Strong understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL
