What You'll Do

• Lead month-end close for manufacturing operations - from inventory reconciliation to variance analysis.
• Analyze actual vs. plan and provide actionable insights to plant leadership.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and LBE / Flash reporting cycles.
• Partner with Operations to identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare standard costs, journal entries, and reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis that helps drive key business decisions.
