Job descriptionProvide supportive services to nurses and staff as assigned. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including : Bathing, toileting, and feeding assistance. Coordinate dining room services Deliver nutritional supplements and ensure proper intake. Weigh residents per facility policy and report weight changes. Monitor skin integrity and report pressure areas, skin breakdown, or tears. Complete daily flow sheets documenting resident care and progress. Report any changes in residents' conditions to nurses / supervisors. Communicate barriers to performing duties (e.g., resident refusal, reassignment). Experience : Minimum 1 year in LTC (Long-Term Care) – REQUIRED Certifications : BLS (AHA) – REQUIRED Travel Experience : Previous travel assignments – REQUIRED Weekends : Every other weekend Guaranteed Hours : 36 / week Contract Duration : 13 weeks BLS (AHA) Michigan Holiday Pay Weekly pay Guaranteed Hours 401k retirement plan Medical benefits Mileage reimbursement Referral bonus License and certification reimbursement Dental benefits
