Position Overview
NorTek Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist) for a full-time clinical opportunity in Killeen, Texas. This role provides an excellent opportunity to positively impact patients’ communication, language, and swallowing abilities across diverse age groups.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
Provide direct speech therapy services to children, adults, or mixed-age populations.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support patient progress.
Monitor, assess, and adjust therapy plans based on ongoing evaluations.
Educate patients and families on treatment goals, strategies, and home-based exercises.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic treatment environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
Eligibility to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of Texas.
Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with diverse age groups (pediatric and/or adult populations).
Background in mental health or behavioral healthcare settings.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR documentation systems.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus for the Killeen, TX community.

Full-time position

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000 annually
