Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our dynamic team comprising network engineers, customer support agents, and construction personnel. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless business operations across all facets of our organization and will report to the Company President. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and ensuring the effectiveness of day-to-day operations, with a focus on achieving operational excellence and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the operations team, including network engineers, customer support, and construction personnel, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and processes that enhance productivity and ensure service delivery meets the highest standards.
• Oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage customer support operations to ensure exceptional service levels, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate operations with overall company policies and goals.
• Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle administrative duties, including budgeting, forecasting, and staff scheduling.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, streamline operations, and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards across all operational activities.
