Job description

Are you a Board-Certified Physician in Oncology seeking a locum tenens opportunity in a serene and picturesque area near Hallie, KY? We have an exciting opportunity available to provide coverage from December 16, 2024, to January 16, 2025 . This is an excellent chance to practice in a supportive environment while enjoying the charm of eastern Kentucky.

Position Details

  • Specialty : Oncology
  • Practice Setting : Both inpatient and outpatient care required
  • Schedule :

Clinical hours only (no on-call requirements)

  • Includes holiday coverage for New Years Day
  • Patients Per Shift : 5
  • Department Beds : 3

    • Credentialing Requirements

  • Board Certification : Required
  • License : Must hold a valid KY medical license or qualify under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
  • Certifications :

    • ACLS

  • BLS
  • PALS
  • Temporary privileges are available for qualified candidates.

    • Support & Resources

  • Collaborative practice model with :

    • 1 RN

  • 1 Medical Assistant
  • 1 PA / NP
  • 1 Office Staff member
  • Access to an EMR System

    • MediTech

    Assignment Highlights
