We are looking for Talent Management Analyst to join our team at Bobcat.

As Talent Management Analyst at Bobcat, you'll play a key role in our community. Do you like talent management, processes, analysis and all this in HR depratment? You will be part of talent management team who help employees to grow, explore their talent and work with future talents!

We're looking for someone who can work on :

• Processes support - Assistance in the implementation of employee development programs, including DCM, MBO, development plans, career paths, and follow-up evaluations. Support for meetings and activities aimed at organizational development.
• Talent module - Supervision and management of the TM module within the HR system, ensuring its efficient operation, timely updates, and user support.
• Global cooperation - Coordination and ensuring unified global TM processes and policies across all company regions.
• Reporting - Collection and analysis of talent-related data, preparation of regular reports, and support for evaluating goals.
• Care and collaboration within the company - Maintaining collaboration with regional HR teams, managers, global HR teams, headquarters, and suppliers.
