School Based Primary Therapist [Full Time]

Job Title : School Based Primary Therapist Department : School Based Program Location : Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. School No. 9, and Enrico Fermi School No. 17 Hours Per Week : 40(10 month position) Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00AM - 3 : 30PM Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000 SUMMARY : As a Primary Therapist, you are an important resource and trusted confidant for each patient, providing treatment while allowing the patient the highest quality of life. RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provides initial and ongoing assessment, counseling and clinical intervention to a designated caseload.
• Provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Participates functionally as a member of an interdisciplinary team in coordination and delivery of patient care.
• Communicates with relevant internal and external care providers to complete ongoing assessment and to coordinate care.
• Participates in and incorporates professional supervision and ongoing education toward quality care.
• Completes all required documentation in a timely and comprehensive manner.
• Maintains a full caseload, meeting productivity requirements and seeks to keep the incidence of failed appointments to a minimum.
• Utilizes efficient computer skills for electronic documentation.
• Must obtain licensure or permit in a timely manner. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
• Masters Degree in Human Services field required
• LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT or permit holder in one of these professions required. Limited permit or license required within 1 year of hire PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
• 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in a school based setting preferred.
• Bilingual(Spanish) preferred
• Comfortability using interpreter services(video, and phone) EDUCATION : LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS : PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. PAY RANGE : $53,310.00 - $66,420.00 CITY : Rochester POSTAL CODE : 14607 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
