Reviv Mgm Grand Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV is looking for one infusion nurse to join our 27 person strong team. We are located on 3799 S Las Vegas Blvd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
The REVIV nurse will promote and deliver REVIV preventative health services and solutions to patients. These
services and solutions include medical diagnostic investigations, administration of vaccinations, preparation and
administration of REVIV IV and IM therapies and collection of genetic material in both a clinic and remote
(concierge) setting.
The nurse will be required to educate patients, imparting his / her knowledge of basic concepts in preventative
health and REVIV’s available solutions and strategies to enable them to make informed decisions with regards to
optimizing and protecting their health.
Key Clinical Skills :
- To possess excellent vascular access / cannulation skills
- To demonstrate competence in the mixing of IV medication / infusions
- To demonstrate competence in the administration of IM injections, including vaccination
- To work within their capabilities and escalate any concerns to the Clinic Managers or Medical Director
- To demonstrate competence in phlebotomy
- To demonstrate competence of taking oral swab samples for genetic analysis
- To keep up to date on the gold standard practices and new advances and developments in the scientific fields of
- preventative health and IV therapy
- To accurately and fully maintain a patient record on the REVIV EMR system
- To adhere to all health and safety policies within the clinical setting
- To ensure Infection control policy is implemented and adhered too
- To ensure all clinical waste is disposed as per policy
- To report and escalate any clinical near misses or adverse events to Clinic Manager and Medical Director
- To provide all clinical services in a concierge setting, including but not limited to homes, hotels and commercial properties
- To adhere to Patient Confidentiality and data protection policy
- To follow Emergency protocols in the event of an adverse reaction
- To adhere to REVIV uniform policy for clinical staff members
Customer Service Skills
To complete REVIV script with each patient to determine their health goals and formulate and communicate a preventative health plan appropriate to their needs and goalTo manage the REVIV patient journey from arrival to discharge; this includes both medical and customer service skillsTo implement and embrace the REVIV brand guidelinesTo manage the REVIV bookings process using the REVIV EMR systemTo receive and answer telephone calls from REVIV patientsTeam workingTo work as an effective REVIV team memberTo implement REVIV ‘s Values of respect and integrityTo develop and maintain professional relationships with all REVIV employeesTo act as a clinical professional role modelTo support and shadow new REVIV employees as part of the REVIV induction programTo communicate effectively using all company and individual communicationsFinancial ReportingTo complete all necessary financial data on the Electronic Medical Record / POS SystemTo complete daily reconciliation process for cash and card paymentsTo report any financial anomalies to Clinic ManagerTo provide receipts for all corporate expenditureMedication ProceduresTo ensure management of Pharmaceutical Policy is adhered to at all timesTo ensure stock takes are completed in line with clinic policyTo liaise with REVIV Supply and Distribution Manager to ensure stock does not fall below agreed baselineTo report any stock discrepancies to the Clinic ManagerContinuing Professional DevelopmentTo maintain their CME in line with their specific professional regulated bodyTo ensure all training is completed on REVIV AcademyTo participate in 1 to 1 meetings and personal development reviewsTo attend training course as and when requiredGeneral ResponsibilitiesTo be a Key Holder for the identified REVIV location and to ensure the security of the clinic is maintained during opening hours and opening and closing of the clinicTo work at our community-based clinicTo be flexible where possible to ensure we can be responsive and accommodate patient appointmentsTo travel to and perform REVIV services at house / in-room concierge calls using the most cost effective and efficient methodTo carry out any other duties or tasks as required by your line managerTo work on a flexible schedule committing to minimum 2 shifts weeklyRequirementsMust have an active in-state RN licenseMinimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experienceMust be able to commit to minimum of 2 shifts weeklyMust possess excellent IV skillsualifications
