We are looking for a Pharmacy Support Specialist to play a crucial role in our mental health and specialty pharmacy. You will assist in dispensing medical prescriptions and performing essential clerical duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.

Location : 59th Avenue SW, Suite 179, Lakewood, WA, 98499

Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm PST with lunch from 12 : 00pm - 1 : 00pm PST

Your Responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to consumers and clinic staff.
  • Assist in filling prescription orders and make them available for verification with the Registered Pharmacist.
  • Handle incoming pharmacy supplies, including ordering, receiving, and storage.
  • Process wholesaler medication orders efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry activities.
  • Work closely with the Pharmacist to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Perform clerical duties related to pharmacy operations.
  • Exhibit strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

    Required Qualifications :

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in Washington State.
  • Reliable transportation and valid US driver's license.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
  • Six months or more of pharmacy technician experience.
  • Immunization Certification.
  • Ability to use your vehicle for travel to the Seattle site two days a week.
  • Your pay will reflect various factors such as local labor markets and your experience, with hourly rates ranging from $16.00 to $27.69 for full-time employment.
