LOCATION : NAS North Island, CA

PAY RATE : $35-42 / hour

Job Type : Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Clearance Required : Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required; active within last 24 months).

Summary :

Perform maintenance, modifications, repairs, and troubleshooting on CMV-22 aircraft.

Assemble / disassemble aerospace components; remove / replace parts for repair, replacement, or testing.

Conduct functional / diagnostic tests to identify and resolve failures.

Perform verification and validation testing of systems / components.

Independently solve routine mechanical / electrical issues with minimal engineering support.

Document repairs, test results, modifications, and inspections per established processes.

Perform visual inspections, identify / document discrepancies, and ensure compliance with specifications.

Support engineering in resolving discrepancies and ensuring accuracy of modification procedures.

Participate in short-term travel (up to 25%) to domestic military bases (including CONUS + Hawaii).

Requirements :

Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (or active within the past 24 months).

High School Diploma or GED

4+ years of related experience, or equivalent education / experience combination

Experience with V-22 aircraft maintenance / modifications .

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.

Quality Assurance experience.

Depot-level modification experience.

Willingness and ability to travel (short notice, up to 25%).

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
