We're looking for a Claims & Rebates Specialist to join our team — someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and great communication.
What You'll Do :
- ? Receive, review, and process damage, shortage, warranty, and rebate claims
- ? Be the main point of contact for customers and vendors
- ? Verify invoices, shipping records, and supporting documents
- ? Submit rebate claims and track payments or credits
- ? Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse teams
- ? Reconcile rebate statements and prepare reports
- ? Keep digital records organized and recommend process improvements
