The Role
We are seeking a Business Development & Relationship Manager who thrives on driving sales growth, hitting ambitious targets, and building strategic partnerships. This is a front-line revenue-generating role responsible for creating and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities, closing new business, and expanding our presence across healthcare systems, physician groups, payors, and employer partners.
You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing — while also ensuring long-term partner success and retention.
What You’ll Do
- Sales Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic networking.
- Revenue Generation : Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead Conversion : Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value of Dietitian Live to decision-makers.
- Closing Deals : Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with healthcare organizations, payors, and employer groups.
- Strategic Outreach : Identify new market opportunities and verticals to drive growth.
- CRM Management : Track all sales activity, forecasts, and deal progress in our CRM system with accuracy and accountability.
- Relationship Expansion : Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Intelligence : Stay informed on competitor offerings and industry trends to position Dietitian Live effectively in the market.
Requirements : What We’re Looking For
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Experience : 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships (healthcare, telehealth, or wellness preferred). Experience in a startup environment is a plus.A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven selling.
