Job Description

As a Security Professional - Retail Front Desk in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a bustling retail location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service while addressing security-related concerns. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Job Schedule :

Day Time Mon 10 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM Tue 10 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM Wed 10 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM Fri 10 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
