Job descriptionA passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible Bachelor's degree in business or related field Previous experience in marketing, preferably in home health care Excellent verbal, written communication skills Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation Demonstrate creativity in developing referral relationships Work full-time Monday through Friday, occasional evening and weekends for marketing events Manage marketing operations Establish and implement marketing initiatives Participate with the management team in strategic planning activities Work collaboratively with clinical staff to assure consistent message to the customers and the community Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) retirement with matching option Sick Time Paid time off
