What You’ll Do :

Process Daily Transactions : Handle daily check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling the cash sales accounting schedule.

Audit Car Deals : Review deals for accuracy and completeness using the Deal Checklist before submission to the Accounting Processing Center.

Track and Report Issues : Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items in the Booked and Pending report and support compliance tracking.

Collaborate with Store Operations : Work with store teams and Business Managers to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition.

Assist with Accounting Schedules : Help maintain reconciled accounting schedules as assigned by the Business Manager.

Cross-Train and Provide Backup : Learn the Title & Registration Specialist role to support other accounting functions when needed.

Meet Performance Standards : Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.

Experience : 1+ years in a dealership environment or experience processing car deals is preferred.

Qualifications :

Prior automotive dealership and CDK experience preferred

High School graduate or equivalent required

18 years or older
