Process Improvement Specialist - Patient Access

Required qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in health administration, public health, or related field. Or equivalent education / experience. 3 years project management, clinical support, EHR optimization, organizational development, staff training or other related fields. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access programs, including Pivot tables, Graphs, and creating presentations.

Preferred qualifications : Epic-related work experience. AthenaIDX related work experience. Proven experience with process improvement, six sigma, business transformation.
