Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the direct supervision of the Director, performs those duties directly involved with a variety of Food and Nutritional procedures. Has primary responsibility for ensuring departmental functions are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintains a high level of compliance to performance standards in conducting daily business operations.
