Critical Care Registered Nurse

An amazing hospital on the Northern California Coast is in search of a new Critical Care Registered Nurse.

In addition, this 100+ bed hospital is accredited in many areas, but notably has a glowing record in their Critical Care Services. The department is a part of a fantastic system that has received performance achievement awards as well as other accolades. The Critical Care Registered Nurse will join an organization with an outstanding reputation in the community and across the Central US.

The Critical Care Registered Nurse will report directly to the Surgical ICU Manager. Supported by two ICU tenured charge nurses and a Supervisor this person will join a fantastic team of dedicated nurses willing to help them learn and grow.

The Critical Care Registered Nurse will assess, plan, and coordinate personalized care for patients. The care provided by the Critical Care Registered Nurse must be individualized, with age and developmental needs taken into consideration. The Critical Care Registered Nurse must be able to adhere to departmental policies and procedures. The position also requires collaboration with team members, other RNs, and Physicians to be able to provide the best care and outcomes possible. Critical thinking skills are a necessity. The Critical Care Registered Nurse will also have opportunities to develop and grow their own careers through education and quality improvement initiatives while being supported and mentored by fantastic leaders and other staff members.
