A growing organization is building a brand-new data science function and is hiring a Text AI-focused Data Scientist to help lay the foundation. This is a high-impact, direct hire opportunity to work on unstructured data problems that directly influence operations and strategy.

What You’ll Do :

• Build and deploy NLP models focused on extracting insights from unstructured text
• Own the full model lifecycle—from data prep and training to tuning, evaluation, and deployment
• Partner cross-functionally to define use cases, present findings, and influence decision-making
• Help shape the tools, workflows, and standards for a newly formed data science team
