Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Surgical Technologist located in Brookfield, WI. The Certified Surgical Technologist will be responsible for preparing the operating room and surgical instruments, assisting the surgical team during procedures, and ensuring a sterile environment. The role also includes tasks such as handling specimens, operating room documentation, and collaborating with the medical team to ensure patient safety and care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Surgical Technology, Operating Room procedures, and Surgical Assisting
• Knowledge of Medicine and Surgery practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist from an accredited program
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an operating room environment
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and infection control
