Business Intelligence Manager

The Performance Intelligence Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure and reporting capabilities. This role will lead dashboard creation, financial data architecture, and insight delivery using Planful, Power BI, and supporting integration through Boomi. The Manager will work closely with both Finance and IT teams to curate intuitive, timely, and actionable dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Expertise with Boomi Connectors and Snowflake is essential to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

What you are good at :

• Transforming Data into Actionable Insights : You excel at synthesizing complex financial, operational, and HR data into intuitive dashboards that drive executive decision-making. Your expertise in Power BI, Planful, and ThoughtSpot allows you to tell compelling data stories that align with business strategy.
• Building Scalable, Integrated BI Systems : You're highly skilled in architecting seamless data flows across platforms using Boomi and Snowflake. You understand the importance of clean, governed data and take pride in building scalable pipelines that support enterprise-wide reporting consistency.
• Driving Cross-Functional Collaboration : You thrive at the intersection of Finance, IT, and Operations. With a consultative mindset, you translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring BI tools are not only functional but also user-friendly and impactful.
