The Performance Intelligence Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure and reporting capabilities. This role will lead dashboard creation, financial data architecture, and insight delivery using Planful, Power BI, and supporting integration through Boomi. The Manager will work closely with both Finance and IT teams to curate intuitive, timely, and actionable dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Expertise with Boomi Connectors and Snowflake is essential to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting :
Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations that support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reporting needs.Leverage Power BI to build executive-ready dashboards and visualizations that connect Planful outputs with operational, HR, and financial datasets for leadership consumption.Build cross-functional dashboards in ThoughtSpot and Power BI integrating finance, HR, and operational data.Ensure reporting consistency, accuracy, and data governance across platforms and business units.Manage data integration and transformation processes, leveraging Boomi Connectors to automate data flows between Snowflake, Acumatica, and other core systems.Partner with other departments to ensure alignment of accounting policies and reporting procedures across the organization.Cross-functional Collaboration :
Partner with Finance, Accounting, HR, and IT to translate business requirements into efficient BI solutions.Collaborate with the FP&A and business teams to ensure dashboard outputs support decision-making at all levels of the organization.Train and support business users in accessing and interpreting self-service reports and dashboardsSpecial Projects and Analysis :
Lead or support system implementation initiatives and data process improvements related to Planful, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Boomi, and Snowflake.Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives, branch performance reviews, and operational effectiveness.Define and refine KPI frameworks and dashboards to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and PE expectations.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant technical certifications (Planful, Power BI, Snowflake, Boomi) strongly preferred but not required.7-10 years of progressive experience in BI, financial systems, or data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or manager-level role in a financial services or PE-backed environment.Proven track record in designing and deploying enterprise-level dashboards and reporting packages using Planful, ThoughtSpot, and Power BI. Ability to translate complex datasets into intuitive, executive-ready insights. Strong proficiency in Boomi Connectors, data integrations, and ETL workflows.Deep experience with Boomi Connectors, Snowflake architecture, ETL workflows, and API integrations. Must be able to design and govern scalable data pipelines that unify financial, operational, and HR data across multiple systems (e.g., Acumatica, CRM, HRIS). Advanced Excel and SQL skills; comfort navigating structured and unstructured datasets.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional BI projects, influence stakeholders, and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, PE-sponsored transformation environment.Ability to define KPI frameworks, establish data governance standards, and anticipate evolving reporting needs of both executive leadership and private equity sponsors.This position requires that you work 3 days per week in our Philadelphia, PA location.
