Warehouse Associate
Full-time position; Monday through Friday, day shift. This role focuses on receiving, organizing, and shipping specialized electrical project materials while supporting general warehouse operations. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is critical, as project materials must be received, documented, staged, and shipped correctly to avoid costly jobsite delays. Ideal candidate will have two years of experience in shipping & receiving, stocking product, picking and packing orders, and handling specialty materials. Position requires heavy lifting, constant movement, forklift/reach truck operation, accurate data entry, and a strong commitment to precision and organization. Minimum Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in material handling and documentation
- Good mechanical skills
- Willingness to learn all aspects and perform industry-specific warehouse tasks
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn to safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), including forklifts and reach trucks
- Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and twist
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Ability to work on a concrete floor for entire shift
- Ability to climb ladders to pull material
- Basic math skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft 365 Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift certified
- Prior experience in electrical material distribution or electrical construction industry
- Experience handling project-based inventory with high accuracy requirements
Working Conditions
Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures.

Essential Job Functions
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Receive and verify incoming freight, including specialized project materials, ensuring quantities and part numbers are accurate
- Accurately check in, document, and process customer returns
- Stock and properly stow inventory, including project-specific material, in correct locations
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare project and stock orders for shipment with careful attention to order accuracy
- Maintain organized project staging areas to prevent material mix-ups
- Keep a clean and organized warehouse
- Process returns to vendors with proper documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Operate Microsoft-based computer system and maintain accurate, timely system records
Compensation Range
$21 to $24 hourly.
