Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Superintendent role with expertise in Concrete, Heavy Civil, and Pile Driving projects. Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily construction site operations for heavy civil, concrete, and pile driving projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
Coordinate and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and equipment to maintain schedules and quality standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation in collaboration with project managers and engineers.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental standards, and company policies on all job sites.
Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure project compliance and accuracy.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain construction excellence.
Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met.
Track project progress, maintain daily reports, and provide detailed documentation of work performed.
Lead by example to promote a positive, safety-first culture and motivate teams toward operational success.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent or similar leadership role within heavy civil, concrete, or pile driving construction.

Proven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and equipment operations.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.

Proficient in project documentation, field reporting, and basic computer applications.

Must be open to relocation and frequent travel as projects may be located throughout various regions.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
