Job Responsibilities :

• Patient Care

Provide comprehensive family practice care during standard daytime hours.

• Consistency Required

Candidates must be able to work consistently each week, with a commitment to 4-5 days per week, covering the full 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM shift.

• Overtime Policy

Overtime is only approved if the provider exceeds the daily productivity expectations. The healthcare authority may adjust timesheets if the daily productivity expectation is not met.

Certification and Licensing Requirements :

• Board Certification

Must be Board Certified in Family Practice

• State Licenses

Active Washington state license required; no license assistance available

• Certifications

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• DEA certification required
• Charting Experience

Proficiency with Epic EMR required
