Pharmacy Technician / Billing & Accounts Specialist

Thrifty White Pharmacy is currently hiring a Pharmacy Technician / Insurance Billing Specialist to join our team at the Corporate Headquarters in Maple Grove, MN. This is a great fit for someone ready to take their career to the next level in an office environment!

Billing & Account Specialist Position Details :

• Monday – Friday – no evenings or weekends
• Ability to work in a professional office environment with hybrid flexibility
• Growth potential within team structure
• Provide excellent service via various platforms (phone, email, tech tickets, etc.)
• Research and bill claims to responsible parties and process payments / refunds
• Manage account balances
• Maintain customer account accuracy, ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Participate in special projects and process improvement
• Learn and implement new technologies as required
• Utilize technology such as TWRx, PeopleSoft, OnBase, MNITS, and insurance websites
