Senior Asset Resolution Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Asset Resolution Specialist to manage non-performing loan portfolios and support borrower relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage a portfolio of non-performing loans, including servicing and default workout solutions

Assist in collection activities and proactively manage delinquencies through borrower engagement

Collaborate with credit and lending teams to develop exit strategies for watchlist loans

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in finance, lending, or real estate credit

Experience or knowledge in residential real estate lending or financial technology

Understanding of loan servicing and financial restructuring

Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
