Accounting Supervisor

Calling all full-cycle legal accounting professionals : Ledgent has partnered with an established and stable organization in the legal services space in search of an Accountant to add to their high-performing team! This individual will be taking ownership of all finance and accounting matters for this firm and will have the support of a fractional CFO and several department heads to drive progress forward. This is an in office role to start but will likely afford the flexibility of a day of work from home long-term. This individual needs to have a well-rounded accounting background, strong and clear communication skills and takes initiative to help achieve organizational goals. Requirements :

• 4-year degree (accounting, business, or finance preferred, but not required)
• Full cycle accounting experience within the legal space (particularly with respect to legal billing matters)
• Strong communication skills as this individual will not only be working with several departments, but will also be working with clients
• Ability to take initiative and passionate about taking ownership over company finances
