This job is about everything that has to be done in a warehouse, but your first priority will be to receive inventory shipped to us by our vendors. You will have to accept the pallets or boxes from the delivery trucks, then open each box or pallet to physically check that what was ordered is exactly what we received. This job requires attention to detail.
We are looking for somebody to stay with us for the long run. We offer the security of working for a well-established secure company, which is only looking to grow.
Chosen candidate must pass drug test and the Homeland Security's E-Verify for authorization to work in the U.S.
DUTIES
- Receive boxes or pallets from the delivery trucks, counting properly and inspecting that there's no apparent damage.
- Open each box or pallet to make sure that what is in each packing list is what we received. Report any discrepancies.
- Issue a Warehouse Receipt with all the proper information.
- Wrap pallets when necessary and store them in their assign warehouse rack spots.
- Use our forklift to bring down pallets when required.
- When all receiving is done, pick & pack products from inventory. Prepare boxes with labels and packing lists as necessary, Prepare and ship batches of products to Amazon and other fulfillment warehouses.
- Clean work and storage areas to keep everything neat and clean. Break down boxes, sweep and dispose of trash.
- Inventory Reporting & Checking : Will need to regularly produce physical inventory reports and whenever needed spot check inventory of a certain product.

Our Company is a leading eCommerce Retailer and Wholesaler. We sell all kinds of products : Appliances, Electronics, Security Equipment, Office Equipment, Arts & Crafts products, Educational products, etc. We have over 100,000 products on our website and get about 200,000 visitors per month. We also sell on other Venues such as Amazon and eBay. We have been in business since 1990 and have over 50 employees in the whole Company but only about 10 work at our Pembroke Park location.
Requirements
Must be a Citizen , Resident of the U.S. or have a Non-expired Work Permit to work in the U.S.Must live near Pembroke Park / Hollywood and must have Reliable Transportation . We are 1 mile West of I-95 on Pembroke Rd. Candidates living near our location will be given priority.Good and clear spoken and written English and Spanish preferred.G ood Desktop Computer Skills : MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet.Shipping and packing experience is a must .Forklift experience is preferred but not required. We will train if necessary.Working on shipments might involve lifting heavy boxes. We have carts but you have to be able to put the box in and out of the cart.Excellent work ethic. Must be punctual, responsible, dependable and honest.Intelligent and Organized self-starter who can work independently with little direct supervision.Ability to multi-task, follow instructions, be a fast learner.High attention to detail. Must be able to count product accurately and must be able to read and recognize product variations.Ability to work without supervision. Once you have your tasks assigned, you must work on them without having someone on top of you.Work has to be done FAST and ACCURATELY. Lazy or Slow workers will be fired quickly.Benefits
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
We offer a steady job with a lot of work but relatively low stress.
Full Time 40 hours / week, Mon-Thu 9am-5 : 00pm, Fri 8am-4pm.
1 week paid vacation after having worked at least 12 months.
Paid Holidays after having worked at least 3 months.
No health benefits.
Hourly wage : $15.
