Job description

Warehouse Associate - Returns

Job Responsibilities

  • Unpackaging returns and problem solving based on the items that have been returned
  • Entering received products into the computer system
  • Corresponding internally with customer service agents to diagnose issues and find resolutions
  • Using computers on a near-constant basis

Essential Skills

  • 1+ years of experience with computers.
  • Ability to count to 100.
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.

    • Hours

    8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm, Monday - Friday

  • Overtime seasonally available starting at 6 : 00am

    • Work Environment

  • The work environment is highly automated and technical, providing an air-conditioned setting
  • Employees will be required to stand for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours, with limited walking

    • Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dogtown, St. Louis City

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr.
