Irrigation Trainee

We are seeking highly professional and skilled Irrigation Trainees. As an Irrigation trainee you will be assisting the Irrigation Technician with irrigation inspections, troubleshooting, and making necessary repairs.

What would my responsibilities be?

• Assist in performing routine irrigation inspections and generate reports for assigned high-profile properties.
• Assist in performing troubleshooting and repairs.
• Assist in scouting properties beyond assigned needs for any issues. Report to Manager for direction to repair while on-site or future scheduling.
• Follow all local, state, and federal guidelines specific to Irrigation policies. Maintain required documentation.
• Maintain a safe, organized, clean work vehicle.
• Assist in completing a pre-trip inspection report on vehicle, trailers, and equipment daily to ensure proper use and safety, communicate with Manager regarding any potential problems or issues.
• Relay any items / issues seen while on property.
• Contribute to our safety culture by attending and actively participating in weekly safety trainings. Follow company safety protocols, identify, and communicate safety issues to the team.
