Must-Have :

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

Description :

The RN Clinical Nurse in the Emergency Department is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team.

This role ensures that patients, families, and significant others receive individualized, high-quality, safe patient care.

Clinical practices are guided by a framework of evidence-based practice and research.

All RN Clinical Nurses are expected to uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by the Professional Nurse Practice Act.

The focus of care is on the needs of the patient and their significant others, promoting effective communication and partnership.
