Position Description :
The Medical College of Wisconsin's Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary or specialty medical care within defined scope of practice under the supervision of a licensed physician and in accordance with MCW / FMLH / CHW policies and procedures. This is located at West Bend Ortho Clinic and FMF Surgicenter and Froedtert Hospital.
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works as part of a multidisciplinary health care team, providing a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services for the patients of the blended services as a member of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery . The APP will have a strong foundation in evidence based practice and ensure an environment of safe quality care.

Preferred Schedule : Scheduling flexibility required to provide for an appropriate level of patient care coverage. May require evening or weekend hours in the future based on business needs. No holidays, weekends, or call.

Minimum Education :
Advanced Practice Nurse : Master's Degree or higher in Nursing
Physician Assistant : Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies
